SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-3 days to process your order. Expect an email within [timeframe] to let you know your order is on the way!

DIGITAL ORDERS:

Digital products (building plans) are not shipped. Upon purchase, you will immediately be redirected to a website page with your download link. You will also receive an email with a link to your downloadable files. The link will expire after 24 hours. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING (DOMESTIC)

Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 days using USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is free for domestic orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We are happy to offer international shipping for a fee. The fee is based on your location. For this option, please email us at hello[at]makergray.com. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Maker Gray LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns on physical products up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. We do not offer refunds on digital products. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello[at]makergray.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
